Dear Digital@Global Tender Team, thank you for the opportunity to submit our proposal to support HDI Global's Digital@Global initiative in scaling GenAI across Plan-Code-Test and exploring Agentic Software Engineering in an efficient, controlled and compliant way.

What differentiates Accenture in this engagement is our ability to combine hands-on engineering delivery with proven accelerators. Agentic AI in the SDLC is still an emerging domain; we therefore draw on our Accenture Agentic SDLC Foundation – reference architecture, reusable patterns, guardrails and assets that we continuously evolve through real deliveries. In parallel, we are currently supporting large-scale software organizations on SDLC productivity improvements and AI-enabled ways of working at enterprise scale – experience we will translate pragmatically into the Digital@Global context.

To ensure Digital@Global gets the best possible outcome within 8 weeks, we propose an evidence-led delivery model: instead of isolated PoCs, each selected PoC is executed in two pattern variants and compared against a shared KPI scorecard. This creates rapid learning loops and objective decisions on what to scale – resulting in winning patterns, anti-patterns, prerequisites and rollout playbooks, not just one-off prototypes. For Digital@Global, we commit to the following outcomes:

  • Measured SDLC impact: Execute 4 prioritized PoCs across Plan–Code–Test and quantify outcomes via baselines and KPIs – reported as a measured ROI case
  • Winning patterns for scale: Run 2 pattern variants per PoC and consolidate standards + rollout playbooks for cross-ART reuse
  • Safe agentic end-to-end PoC: Deliver an agentic blueprint and a controlled PoC environment for Plan/Code/Test/Review with Human-in-the-Lead
  • Governance & adoption: Embed security, traceability and change management to enable adoption across roles and ARTs

To achieve the best outcome within 8 weeks, we mobilize a stable, senior team from day one: concept and execution in parallel across both streams, continuously leveraging our Accenture Agentic SDLC Foundation, and making evidence-led decisions with close HDI alignment.

Our team is ready to start immediately, and we look forward to partnering with Digital@Global to drive impact.

Demos

01

Agentic SDLC End-to-End

From user story to UI test: this demo follows a real SEPA transfer feature through every phase of the software delivery lifecycle. An AI agent helps the Product Owner refine a rough idea into a structured Jira story, supports the developer in exploring the codebase and proposing implementation plans, assists with code generation and validation logic, suggests edge cases for comprehensive testing, drafts clean commit messages, and designs automated UI tests directly from acceptance criteria.

02

Automated Test-Case Generation

A specialized AI agent reads an API description file and automatically generates structured test cases in BDD format, ready for automated execution. Click generate, download the result, and you're good to go.
